Terms & Conditions
Each session is thoughtfully designed as a unique experience, approached with intention and care.
My hope is that you enjoy the process as much as the final result, with every detail flowing seamlessly.
These terms are here to guide you and ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible.
Booking your session
A 50% deposit of the total session price is required to secure your date.
This allows me to reserve your spot and prepare every detail of your experience.
The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the session.
Rescheduling & cancellations
I understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. You may reschedule your session with at least 3 days’ notice to retain your deposit and transfer it to a new available date.
Rescheduling requests made less than 3 days in advance will be subject to availability and may require a new deposit to confirm the new date.
If the client fails to show up for the session, arrives significantly late in a way that prevents the session from taking place, or requests to reschedule after the photographer has already arrived at the agreed-upon location, the deposit will be considered used and will not be transferable to a new date.
In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
If weather conditions are unfavorable or a special circumstance arises, we’ll calmly coordinate a new date.
Delivery of your photographs
Your images will be delivered through a private online gallery within approximately 5–7 business days (Monday through Friday).
Image storage
Your gallery will remain available for 30 days from the delivery date.
During this time, you can download your photographs and select additional images if you wish.
After this period, file availability is not guaranteed, so we recommend downloading and backing up your images as soon as possible.
Resending download links
Requests to resend download links after the initial delivery period are subject to an additional fee.
This process requires locating the files again, restoring them, and preparing them to be shared once more. I’m happy to assist with this, but it also requires time and care.
The fee for resending download links more than one month after delivery is USD $5.
Editing & style
My style is natural, luminous, and timeless.
By booking a session, you’re placing your trust in my artistic vision and the way I interpret each moment.
Unedited images are not provided, as every photograph goes through a careful selection and editing process.
Use of images
Some of your photographs may be shared as part of my portfolio or on social media, always with respect and sensitivity.
If you prefer to keep your session private, simply let me know before your session.
Additional photographs
If you’d like to preserve more memories, you can purchase additional images once you receive your gallery.
Pricing & adjustments
Prices are subject to change without prior notice based on service development, experience, and demand.
However, once your booking is confirmed with the deposit, the agreed-upon price for your session will be honored.
Copyright
All images are created with artistic intention and remain the property of the photographer.
You receive a personal-use license to enjoy, share, and treasure your photographs.
Location & permits
The client is responsible for verifying and covering any access fees or permits required at private locations.
The experience
Every session is guided in a natural, relaxed manner, respecting each family’s pace, especially when babies are involved.
Being punctual and ready to participate helps us make the most of the light, the moment, and the connection, resulting in authentic and harmonious photographs.
