You’ll receive a preparation guide, and I’ll be there to guide you every step of the way, rom choosing the location and selecting outfits and accessories to sharing little details that will help everything flow naturally. That way, you can simply focus on enjoying the moment.

Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll discuss the location (indoors or outdoors), available light, and outfit colors and styles. The goal is to create a harmonious, natural session that reflects your personal style while keeping the experience relaxed and fun.

Your package includes the photographs you select, professionally edited in high resolution and delivered without a watermark.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining 50% due on the day of the session.

Your images will be delivered once the full payment has been completed.

Outdoor: Early in the morning or late in the afternoon, when the natural light is soft and flattering.

Indoor: Near windows or in areas with plenty of natural light, avoiding harsh shadows and direct, intense sunlight.

Your session can take place in the comfort of your home or outdoors, in locations such as parks, gardens, or beaches. We’ll choose the most suitable setting to capture natural, heartfelt moments filled with genuine family connection.

Most sessions take place in the early morning or late afternoon, when the natural light is softer and more flattering.

• Comfortable outfits coordinated in advance, considering colors and style.
• Any special accessories or items you’d like to include, such as toys, blankets, or balloons.
• Everything your children may need to feel comfortable, including diapers, snacks, and water.

The goal is to create a relaxed, fun, and unhurried atmosphere so everyone can enjoy the experience.

That’s completely normal. The session will adapt to your family’s pace, allowing time for rest, feeding, or simply a few moments of play. Everything is done with patience and care, ensuring a relaxed and memorable experience for everyone.

You may reschedule your session with at least 3 days’ notice to retain your deposit and transfer it to a new available date.

Rescheduling requests made less than 3 days in advance will be subject to availability and may require a new deposit to confirm the new date.

If the client fails to show up for the session, arrives significantly late in a way that prevents the session from taking place, or requests to reschedule after the photographer has already arrived at the agreed-upon location, the deposit will be considered used and will not be transferable to a new date.

In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.

Yes! My main service areas are Bávaro and Punta Cana. For sessions outside these areas, an additional travel fee of USD $60 will apply, depending on the distance.

Within 2 business days (Monday through Friday), you’ll receive a link to all the photos taken during your session so you can choose your favorites.

This link is for image selection purposes only and should not be shared on social media, as the photographs will not yet be fully edited.

You’ll have 5 days to make your selection. If you don’t complete it within that timeframe, I’ll select the images for you, and no changes will be possible afterward.

Your final gallery will be delivered within 5–7 business days (Monday through Friday) after you’ve made your final selection and completed the full payment.

Unedited photos are not provided, as they are part of an ongoing creative process.
